Qantas Graduate Program - Finance Stream

As a Finance Graduate, you will have an Accounting or Finance degree. Our graduate program will help you build a solid foundation in finance, while gaining exposure to a variety of business functions and contributing to Qantas’ continued success and performance in the aviation sector.

Our Finance Stream provides an exceptional opportunity to develop your financial expertise within a dynamic and fast-paced industry. You’ll rotate across key areas such as tax, treasury and our Centre of Financial Excellence, working closely with experienced professionals to drive business performance.

To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort, you must –

• Be in your final year of study or have completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years in accounting or finance
• Maintained a credit average or above
• Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026
• Be a Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ citizen at application
