Our Engineering Graduates, with backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering, understand our goals and are ready to take the lead in driving innovation. As an Engineering Graduate, you’ll play a key role in providing comprehensive engineering support across our international, domestic, and regional fleet. You’ll assist with the introduction of exciting new aircraft types and collaborate on a variety of projects with internal teams, including technical crews and airports.

To be eligible to apply to our 2025/26 cohort, you must –

• Be in your final year of study or have completed a mechanical, electrical or aerospace engineering undergraduate degree or postgraduate study in the last 2 years
• Maintained a credit average or above
• Be able to commence full time employment with Qantas in August 2025 or February 2026
• Be a Permanent Resident, Australian/NZ citizen or have the right to work full time without restriction at the point of application
