The Project Manager will lead and manage a range of streams of work with significant tactical impact and lengthy project life cycles that centre around how we can add significant value to the employee experience and deliver a more efficient and effective customer experience.

The role involves the selection and management of project resources, multiple negotiations at all levels, and the need to network internally in order to achieve project objectives and ensure that business goals and strategies are met. The Project Manager will ensure each of their allocated projects are aligned to overall project outcomes, and will effectively engage stakeholders, partners and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved and roadblocks cleared.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager Frontline Enablement, Business Analyst, stakeholders across Technology as well as frontline leaders to lead the delivery of a new tool to support our people.

You’ll have: 

  • 4+ years of Technical Project Management experience
  • 2+ years Change management experience with proven history in driving
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant field (desired)
  • Proven track history of delivering complex projects
  • Strategic stakeholder skills (both internal and external) and ability to influence others
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving commercial outcomes and managing complex change
  • Experience of leading steering committees and development of steer-co packs
  • Able to work cross-functionally and navigate through competing priorities
