The Iteration Manager, QANTAS Loyalty is a key role within the Delivery Execution team, with its key responsibility being driving multi-disciplinary agile squads to deliver high-quality products and solutions for our customers.

The Iteration Manager, QANTAS Loyalty will own the end-to-end execution of squad level work from Discovery through to Delivery, whilst working closely with the Senior Portfolio
Manager and Delivery Manager to ensure initiatives are prioritised appropriately and align with Tribe-level Delivery planning.
 
The role will also be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to the Qantas Loyalty Agile ways of working - values, principles, and practices, while also removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll have:

  •  7+ years’ experience in an agile environment and 3 years as a Scrum / Iteration Manager Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Commerce (or similar Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and practices, with the ability to articulate Agile principles to all levels of business and technology stakeholders. Experience in identifying and managing impediments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
  • Constant focus on continuous improvement within an agile delivery team
  • Additional Information Proficient in Agile tooling (Jira Work Management, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Scrum Master certifications (CSM)
  • Aviation experience beneficial, not essential
