Finance Manager - India

• Work in collaboration with both regional and head office finance teams to develop and implement the financial strategy, budgets and planning for the India region.

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager – India to work closely with the International Financial Controller and Regional Country Manager to develop the financial strategy, planning, and management for our operations in the region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial health while ensuring compliance with industry and local regulations. Your expertise will drive the financial performance of the business, providing strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making. You oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

As the Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with the International Finance team, key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external regulatory bodies, to enhance financial efficiency and business growth. Your ability to manage risk, optimise financial processes, and uphold compliance standards will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our India operations. You’ll have –

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting/finance role, preferably in the aviation
  industry
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field from a recognized university or
  institute
• Strong organizational skills 
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills 
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills 
• Strong understanding of business drivers 
• Exceptional attention to detail
