As Executive Assistant and Team Assistant, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager Industrial Relations along with the broader leadership team. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and organised, with the ability to handle a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars with efficiency, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings across time zones
  • Proactively preparing high-quality presentations, reports and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Drafting routine correspondence and managing timely, appropriate responses to internal and external enquiries
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries in line with company travel and expense policies
  • Expense management and coordination including ensuring timely and accurate action
  • Organising functions, meetings and forums including arranging attendance of participants, venue, catering and preparing and distributing the relevant documents
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Supporting people programs and our people team in delivering key programs and initiatives

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders at Executive Management level
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a flexible approach
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality exercising discretion and tact at all times
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and other team members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
