As the Digital Senior Support Analyst, you will be accountable for  operations and continuous improvement of the digital pricing data platform to maximise the outcomes of marketing revenue opportunities and customer value in the Digital Direct Customer strategy.

In this role, you will support the Product Owner to design, build, operate and maintain various data summarisations for display, functionality and features to integrate solutions and processes for the customer-facing and internal products, utilised by our customers and the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have an analytical mindset and passionate about problem solving. You will support and work on the product road map, as well as managing the operation of the platform, incoming product queries, reporting and identifying trends and opportunities for product improvements. You will have strong commercial acumen to communicate the details of how features and processes of the platform work.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Business, IT, Engineering, or Aviation or relevant industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business/support analyst in pricing, inventory or commercial domain in the airline industry
  • 1+ years of experience in, and a passion for, agile ways of working.
  • Demonstrated understanding of airline pricing, revenue management and commercial concepts.
  • Has a methodical approach to problem-solving with very high attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and summarise business requirements and changes in the business environment for user story creation and technical evaluation.
  • Investigate, track and resolve technical product and software issues including raising and management of defects and solution documentation.
  • Analyse and report on trends for product issues.
  • Diligence and commitment to seeing queries through to full resolution and assist users with troubleshooting and self-service.
  • Maintain user-guides, internal knowledge articles and product documentation.
  • Experience with, and comfort using, collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to document and manage stories and other documentation.
  • Ability to form and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can effectively manage customer expectations.
