That’s no different today, as we work together to overcome the challenge we face.  Your new position as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) Fabric, responsible for the manufacture and repair of aircraft fabric, trimming and furnishings.  You will be working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability and service 

You’ll have: 

• Certificate III in Automotive & Marine Trimming Technology or Australian recognised equivalent qualification . 

• Previous aircraft Fabric experience, ideally in a base maintenance environment 

• Ownership and driven outcomes to meet business requirements 

• Compliance with all safe working practices and service standards 

• Thorough knowledge and understanding mechanical Maintenance procedures 

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team 

• Commitment to being customer focused with the flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required 

• Highly developed attention to detail 

• Ability to work shift work
