As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager Finance Operations in managing accounts payable across the Jetstar Group. You’ll be a go-to expert for complex queries, support expense management processes and help enhance our self-service model for accounts payable.


You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a high-volume environment or with an outsourced BPO provider
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials and Concur Expense Management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to interpret and analyse financial data
  • Solutions-focused and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Experience in the aviation industry or similarly complex, dynamic environments will be highly regarded
