The Senior Analyst – Responsible Procurement will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of the Qantas Group’s responsible procurement strategy. Working closely with teams across Sustainability, First Nations Engagement and Access & Inclusion, you’ll help drive progress against the Group’s ESG targets, including climate and nature-related disclosures, supplier diversity, and accessibility commitments.

With a strong focus on data and insights, you’ll identify opportunities across our supply chain, develop effective responsible procurement metrics and targets, support business case development, and provide analysis that informs strategic decisions. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager Responsible Procurement, you’ll help embed responsible sourcing practices across the business and contribute to Qantas’ broader sustainability goals.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ESG, sustainability, procurement, or corporate strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven experience supporting ESG strategy development and external reporting commitments, Scope 3 reporting experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, work collaboratively across teams, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
