In the position of Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator you will support our Executive Manager, Group Organisational Development & Inclusion, and help drive key initiatives across the broader Organisational Development, Wellbeing, and Inclusion teams.

This is a unique hybrid role, combining high-level executive support with project coordination responsibilities — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful impact on people and culture.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar executive assistant or high-level administrative role, preferably supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience in project coordination or support within HR, organisational development, or people & culture environments is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information and act with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience supporting event management, workshops, or corporate programs is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
