As the Duty Crew Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting network integrity through the effective day to day management of aircraft and crew operations, including managing crew rosters and flight disruptions. In this operational role, you will liaise with airports and airlines and monitor flight operations while ensuring regulatory compliance. 

You’ll have –

• An understanding of airline operations and crewing requirements
• Exposure to and familiarity with applicable Regulatory rules and requirements
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• High level computer skills with the ability to learn multiple systems efficiently and effectively
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• A positive and proactive approach with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 24 hour/7-day roster
