Content Publisher

We're looking for a smart Content Publisher with strong skills in structured authoring to design and amend internal documents in an efficient manner. In the role, your focus will be to work with multiple stakeholders across the operation to ensure documents are amended to meet requirements and maintained to a high standard. You will be revising and publishing content on a fast turnaround, using the Microsoft Office suite and additional web publishing software.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Develop or revise operational manuals and other documentation in accordance with manufacturers requirements, and in consultation with subject matter experts and management
• Meet outlined standards for documentation as well as comply with regulatory requirements
• Proactively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure operations publications are delivered within desired timeframes
• Liaise with the publications distribution team for the coordination of electronic distribution and printing requirements

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Experience in creating and maintaining documents, with a preference for experience working in the Microsoft Office suite - predominantly Word, Excel and Visio
• Adaptable nature with very strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines is required
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working in structured documents/XML will be well regarded, with the possibility of developing your skills into structured content authoring
