We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team as an Ancillary Pricing Analyst.  In this role, you will execute product pricing strategies and tactics to maximise margins within our ancillary revenue portfolio. You will support the evaluation and implementation of pricing strategies and decisions, validating their commercial robustness through comprehensive market research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position requires adherence to established pricing decision governance and jurisdictional requirements to ensure consistency and compliance in our pricing strategies.

The core responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Achieve targeted ancillary revenue and profitability goals through effective pricing tactics and collaboration with various teams
  • Conduct extensive market research and data analysis to inform pricing recommendations and propose continuous improvements in pricing methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct robust testing and validation of pricing models that incorporate market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  • Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and generate detailed reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

To be considered, key skills will include: 

  •  2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or ancillary revenue optimisation roles
  • Experience in data-driven pricing and revenue management within the airline/travel industry
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong quantitative skills including data analysis, modelling, forecasting
  • Proficient in leveraging pricing optimisation tools and techniques (dynamic pricing, yield management, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth understanding of airline commercial functions, operations, and industry dynamics
  • Understanding of financial and margin analysis techniques
