The Ground CX portfolio spans everything Qantas does on the Ground from Lounges, Terminal Experience, Baggage Solutions, Transportation, Boarding and Arrivals. This is where Qantas can showcase itself as a premium brand though world-class Lounge experiences, operational excellence in terminals, innovative digital solutions, intelligent infrastructure and service enablement throughout the end-to-end journey.

In your role as Senior Strategy Analyst, Ground Experience you will leverage your strengths in structured problem solving and quantitative analysis to derive coherent business findings that drive customer experience solutions across the portfolio. This may include informing level of investment of new digital products, defining revenue opportunities of new products, forecasting the size and purpose of upgraded Lounges or reviewing the greatest priorities for senior leaders. You will also continuously improve how we use data and insight to focus on the most important strategic opportunities. To achieve this, you will be effective at leading analysis using customer, commercial and operational data sets, and communicating insights to inform a range of strategic decisions. This role is ideal for a skilled analyst or strategist, looking to apply their talents, curiosity and passion to a well-rounded strategy and change role as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

You’ll have –

· Experience in or passion for aviation and physical experience.

· Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data, and present it in accessible formats

· Well-honed consultative toolkit (gathering needs, structuring analysis, workshop development, recommendation development)

· Strong skills in PowerPoint to create strategy artefacts that can be tailored to different levels of seniority

· Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to prepare data (source, cleanse, splice) in order to analyse and visualise insights (e.g. using Excel)

· Knowledge of various business intelligence tools desirable (e.g. RADAR, Qualtrics, Power BI)

· Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Communications or related discipline

· Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail
