In your new role as a LAME, you will be responsible to perform rectification, servicing, maintenance and certification of Company and Client airlines, aircraft and equipment across the QantasLink network to ensure work performance meets/exceeds departmental and customer expectations.

You’ll have:

• A recognised trade qualification in the Aviation Industry, Diploma or equivalent
• A valid drivers licence and the ability to hold a Red ASIC
• Australian Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence rated on Dash8 and A220 in B1/B2 categories (preferred)
• Extensive Aircraft servicing experience on various aircraft in the Base/Line Maintenance environment as an AME 
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement principles
• Proven ability to problem solve while working under pressure
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within Qantas and our customers
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of QE maintenance procedures (preferred)
• Commitment to be a customer focused-team worker, with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required.
