The Change & Communication Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Change workstreams across the Frontline Enablement Program, including set up of the overarching program, as well as specific communications plans for relevant business units. Reporting into the Senior Manager Frontline Enablement, you will provide both expert change management advice and manage change workstreams that span airline-wide stakeholders including Airports, Lounges, IOC, Customer and Technology with the ultimate objective of managing implementation & change risks across people and process.

Supported by the Senior Change Analyst, this role involves the detailed analysis of change, management and mitigation of impacts related to change, the development and implementation of people change strategies as well as driving effective communications through all levels of the business to support delivery across all initiatives. The successful individual will also have had previous experience in working in a team with managing competing priorities, schedules and stakeholder expectations, as well as, having a proven track-record of driving Change within operational environments and as part of large programs of work.

You’ll have: 

  • 8 years’ experience (minimum) in a project environment with demonstrated examples of key Change initiatives being delivered
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and understanding of airline industry.
  • Experience with complex operational environments and stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management or equivalent industry experience (desired)
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ability to deliver under pressure and manage time as needed.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders at the Senior Executive and junior levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
