The Cabin Crew Projects & Change Manager leads the delivery of cabin crew projects and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operations excellence. This role is responsible for project governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and change management. You will also drive in-flight incentive programs that enhance revenue per passenger, crew engagement, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working through structured change management strategies.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Cabin Crew project pipeline, delivering on time and on budget
  • Design and deliver change plans including communications, training and engagement
  • Be the key SME supporting cabin crew leaders for training and support
  • Develop and present business cases for cabin crew leadership approval
  • Develop and deliver inflight sales improvement programs
  • Travel as required for the needs of the position

You’ll have:

  • Experience in airline, financial or business consulting role
  • Strong project management experience, including risk and change management capability
  • Contract negotiation, review and execution experience
  • Experience working with international stakeholders and stakeholders at all organisation levels
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills
  • High level of cultural awareness and self-motivation
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
