Job Description

  • Opportunity to enhance and grow your expertise in volume recruitment within a rapidly moving, varied, and dynamic industry
  • Challenge yourself to consistently deliver an outstanding stakeholder experience for Cabin Crew
  • Permanent, full-time opportunity, based at Auckland airport

At Jetconnect, we’re proud to represent New Zealand while flying the Qantas red tail. Based in New Zealand, we’re an exciting business challenged with delivering strong commercial outcomes. We also provide the same memorable experiences for all customers who travel to and from our beautiful country. We fight to stay ahead of the game, confidently running a world-class operation that brings our New Zealand workforce together while staying true to our commitment to the Qantas Group.

As the Recruitment Coordinator at Jetconnect, you’ll be at the heart of our Cabin Crew recruitment, driving a seamless and memorable candidate experience. In this fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, you’ll take a proactive approach to managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—anticipating needs, solving challenges before they arise, and ensuring every detail is covered. Your days will be filled with variety, from scheduling interviews and running dynamic assessment centres, to orchestrating the logistics of recruitment and interview days. You’ll take ownership of the offer process, preparing and issuing contracts, communicating offer details, and ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one. Your energy and initiative will help us deliver an outstanding experience for every candidate and stakeholder.

You’ll have –

  • 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment coordination or similar administration role, ideally with experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Tertiary qualification in recruitment or equivalent industry experience (preferred).
  • Experience using SmartRecruiters and/or Workday (highly desirable).
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to change and innovation

We aim high and push ourselves to deliver on the best outcomes. When things don’t go to plan not all is lost, we make the most of it by learning from our mistakes.

The Qantas Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion. If you have any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at time of application.

If you’re up for achieving the impossible, register your interest and we’ll be in touch.
