As a Documentation Specialist within Qantas Freight, you will play a key role in updating and standardising documentation across business. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating, editing, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate processes/Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Developing user guides, manuals, and other content that supports the our products, services, and processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure documentation meets business needs

You’ll have:

• Previous experience in an administration, reporting or data entry role (desirable)
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
• Experience with Intelex and iCargo (desirable but not essential)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on service delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with people at all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated experience in the documentation of work plans and procedures desirable.
