The Data Analyst supports data-driven decisions in the Disruption Transformation Program by providing performance data, insights, and analytics. You will manage Power BI reporting, ensuring data quality, using SQL to improve outcomes. The role also tracks key performance indicators to ensure transparency and measure initiative performance.

A key focus of the role is to partner with business stakeholders to optimise all reporting products and services across both governance reporting and self-service BI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights
• Assisting in the development of disruption reporting to assess customer impact post disruption events.
• Developing BI reports and dashboards using new and existing data sets.
• Overseeing the integration of new reporting products and manage the continuous improvement pipeline.
• Integrating new data sources into the Operational & Customer Data environment.
• Gathering and translating requirements for better solution design, data integration, and delivery.

You'll have:

• Tertiary qualification in Aviation, Statistics, Data or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a data management or in a business analyst role
• Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
• High level knowledge of SQL for query and manipulating data
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting data insights to a varied audience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with an excellent attention to detail
• A curious mindset eager to explore data and generate insights that enable data-driven decision-making, ensuring the best outcomes for our customers and people
