Job Description

  • Challenge yourself to coordinate a growing number of key Cabin Crew programs to completion 
  • Together we’ll contribute to Project Sunrise and other fleet renewal initiatives. 
  • 2-year contract based at our Head Office in Mascot 

As the Analyst Aircraft Programs, you will drive the successful alignment and coordination of key programs relating to Cabin Crew, pathing the way to success for our future with fleet renewals and transformations. Specifically, you will be responsible for completing analysis in relation to programs such as projects Sunrise, Fysh and Winton, and compile comprehensive insights, analytical presentations and required documentation for Steering Committees, Business Cases, and Employee Consultations. You will also conduct financial modelling and analysis to support leaders with strategic decision-making on multi-million-dollar investments for our fleet and customers. This role will also involve working with multiple stakeholders across a variety of different functions, including external stakeholders such as Boeing and Airbus. 

You’ll have: 

  • Expertise in financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making 
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint to create analytical reports and presentations for senior leadership 
  • Analytical capabilities to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to track project milestones and deadlines 
  • Experience in developing comprehensive business cases and justifying investment decisions 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and foster effective relationships 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and consultation materials 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
